On this basis, Martin is seeking to improve and add value to the recruitment process when searching for good sales people or management in the window industry by

• Sourcing people from personal experiences, previous roles or known trusted industry contacts.
• Providing up to date candidate information with detailed written summaries and executive analysis that is both honest, factual and presents both the strengths .and weaknesses of the individual to allow effective choice and also an insight into ways of actually managing the candidate should they proceed to an employed status.
• Assisting with the interview process to make sure that the recruiting company feels comfortable with candidate and that all issues are flushed out at the interview stage.

Given that recruitment only forms a proportion of the range of consultancy services for The Window Consultant, this means that there is less pressure to place poor quality candidates.

The Window Consultant will act in very much an advisory role, will add value to the whole recruitment process by only suggesting suitable candidates but at lower than industry typical fees.
